Came in for a bachelorette party. The service was good not great. Of course, factor in how busy the restaurant was. I can't fully judge the service. Ordered the pistachio latte with the milk on the side. The lattes are extremely sweet so be sure to add a couple of espresso shots or skip. The food was good nothing amazing. I did enjoy the birria breakfast sandwich. This was definitely something that you could share with someone. If you are huge fan of sweet things I'd recommend checking this place out!

The morning after going out all night for a concert made me want some chilaquiles. The first place I thought of going was Madres because I'd tried a sampler from them before and knew it was good. I arrived around the time they opened so there was no wait and I was probably the first customer of the day. I got their rojo chilaquiles which the server explained would be the spicier one. I also got a specialty coffee flight which came with 4 coffees. The chilaquiles were crispy, saucy, and very flavorful. The coffees were really sweet for me, but I personally liked the pistachio one the most. This brunch spot is really big with two large rooms for seating. It's definitely decorated with very brunch vibes. There's also plenty of parking so you won't have to worry about not finding a spot.

The ambiance was very colorful. It was very colorful. We came later in the day so it wasn't crowded at all. Our server was very friendly. We had the birria chilaquiles, steak and eggs, egg sandwich. The food was delicious. The portion sizes were great!

Came to Madres for Sunday brunch and we were greeted by our server, Jackie, who was so sweet and friendly. She walked us through the menu and answered all of our questions. The huevos rancheros were sooo good, along with the hashbrowns, I finished the whole plate! My friend and I also had a sweet tooth so we went with Jackie's recommendation and ordered The Journey strawberry pancakes! Talk about delicious!

Food - I ordered the madres lemonade and "the one". The lemonade was really interesting had a coconut milk base with strawberries in it, which gave it a creamy texture with a sweet finish, definitely not your conventional lemonade but it is still good. It kind of rides this line of being sweet and sour but instead of being harmonized it feels a bit like a tug of war. For the sandwich, the bread had a perfect milky/pillowy texture and gave a Texas toast vibe. The meat was very flavorful and all the ingredients were cooked well and gave the sandwich a dynamic range of texture from crunchy with the chicharons and bacon, to soft with the tender meat. The consume supplied as well was very standard but done well. The potatoes were done perfectly where they had a nice golden crust on the outside with a flufffy soft yellow inside texture. Service - the service was quick and efficient, but I ordered the golden bowl for takeout for my mother which I think was supposed to have salmon in it but there was no salmon, and the portion was extremely smaller than what I expected which is disappointing. I definitely should've checked before just taking it and leaving which is my fault, but it's still frustrating nonetheless. Ambiance - fairly typical for what you'd expect from a diner

Not your typical cutesy snooty brunch spot you'd find in La or the OC. Vibe here is friendly, artistic however the music was a bit for brunch they had EDM music on. I still liked it, my sister on the other hand wasn't particularly into it. Our waiter was very polite, friendly and accommodating. The food presentation was beautifully done on my pistachio latte to waffles and churro French toast. Everything was delightful nothing too sweet or overdone. Parking is easy, they share a lot with Jack n the box. I really loved how quickly we got our food, it was still warm when it got to us. I definitely recommend coming here if you're in the area.

Madras brunch, This isn't the best Mexican breakfast I've ever had, but it's a solid spot with a lot of heart. You can tell this is a true family-owned business the staff is incredibly welcoming, and they genuinely care about their food and customers. The breakfast was good, and while some dishes could've had a little more flavor, the homemade feel made up for it. What really stands out here is the atmosphere. The vibes are awesome, warm, casual, and inviting, the kind of place where you feel like a regular even on your first visit. If you're looking for a locally owned spot with great service and a cozy, down-to-earth feel, I'd definitely recommend giving it a try! Cheers,
